Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

At Auto Rescue Tools, we are committed to delivering your order safely, quickly, and transparently. This policy outlines how we handle shipping locations, processing times, carrier selection, delivery windows, and non-physical products.

1. Shipping Locations

  • All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii
  • Canada

We do not ship to: P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries outside the United States and Canada.

2. Estimated Delivery Times (Including Processing)

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Total delivery estimates below include processing and transit time:

  • Standard Ground: 4–10 business days
  • Expedited: 3–6 business days
  • Priority/Express: 2–5 business days
  • Freight Delivery: 7-15 business days

Please note that delivery may vary due to weather, peak volume, or rural routing.

3. Order Processing Details

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET may process the next business day.
  • Overnight orders must be placed by 10:30 AM ET and confirmed by phone before submitting.
  • Some products may ship directly from our vendor partners and may take longer to process.
  • Tracking will be provided by email once the item ships.

4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use USPS (Cubic Advantage), FedEx Ground, and UPS Ground. While a preferred carrier may be selected at checkout, final selection may be adjusted to optimize speed and cost.

If you require signature confirmation, please note it at checkout. Additional charges may apply.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

All shipping options and charges will be shown before finalizing your order.

6. Freight Shipping (U.S. Only)

Oversized items may require freight shipping:

  • Freight orders typically ship within 5–10 business days
  • Freight shipping charges are quoted separately
  • The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery
  • If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, liftgate service is required—please note this at checkout

7. Canadian Shipping Terms

For orders shipped to Canada:

  • Shipping rates vary based on carrier and destination
  • Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs, and brokerage fees
  • We do not provide customs clearance or import documentation

All Canadian orders are final sale and non-returnable.

8. Backorders & Pre-Orders

  • Estimated ship dates will be shown on product pages or at checkout
  • Payment is collected at time of purchase
  • You may cancel backorders or pre-orders prior to shipment for a full refund

9. Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments due to warehouse location or supplier availability. No additional shipping charges will apply.

10. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your item:

  • Check all delivery points and speak to neighbors or building staff
  • Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number
  • If unresolved, email us at autorescuetools@gmail.com within 5 business days

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.

11. Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and contents

We will investigate and resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or shipping claim as appropriate.

12. Non-Physical Products (No Shipping)

Items such as remote programming services or software licenses are delivered electronically and do not incur shipping charges. Access instructions will be emailed upon purchase.

13. Freight Shipping to Canada

We ship ADAS frames and other freight-only equipment to Canada. Canadian freight shipments follow these terms:

  • Freight shipping charges are quoted manually after purchase or upon request
  • Customer is responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, and brokerage fees
  • Freight carriers will contact you directly to schedule delivery
  • Liftgate service is required if your location lacks a loading dock or forklift—please inform us at time of purchase

We recommend Canadian freight customers contact us in advance to verify costs and equipment eligibility.
